IMUGA is the Maldives' online travel declaration portal, operated by the Maldives Immigration Authority. All travelers entering the country must submit a Traveller Health Declaration (THD).

Who Must Fill the IMUGA Form?

All travellers, including Maldivian citizens, tourists, foreign workers, and transit passengers.

You must submit it within 96 hours (4 days) before your flight.

Traveller Declaration is a self-declaration form which you can simply submit on your own and is FREE of charge.

  • Upload a passport-size photo and other documents if requested
  • Review and submit the form
  • Save or screenshot the confirmation QR code (you’ll need to show this during boarding and at immigration)
